- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order.
- Order Changes or Cancellations: To change or cancel an order, you must contact our Customer Service team at shadowseeker@oregon-tool.com or call +33637544604 immediately. We can only modify orders before they have entered the “Shipped” status. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Changes are subject to item availability.
2. Shipping Destinations & Costs
We primarily ship within the contiguous United States. Other destinations may be available upon inquiry.

3. Order Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking Your Order: As detailed in our website FAQ: “Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number via email. Use it on our website’s tracking page or the courier’s site to monitor delivery status in real time.”
- Delivery: Upon shipment, a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Oregon Tool Lux Holdings LP.
- Delivery Issues (Failed, Delayed, Lost):
- If tracking indicates a delivery issue (e.g., “attempted,” “returned to sender,” or no movement for an extended period), please first check with neighbors or your local postal facility.
- If you confirm the package is lost or severely delayed, contact our Customer Service within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or initiate a trace and investigation.
- For shipments confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will, at our discretion, reship the items at no cost or provide a full refund.
4. International Shipping
We currently focus on domestic shipping within the United States. For international shipping inquiries (including to Alaska and Hawaii), please contact our Customer Service team at shadowseeker@oregon-tool.com before placing your order for custom shipping quotes and potential customs/duty information. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost or product price.
5. Shipment Packaging
Our premium gardening tools are carefully packaged for shipment. All products are placed in protective packaging and shipped in appropriate boxes to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the product received and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label for the incorrect item and expedite the shipment of the correct product.
- Damaged Items Received: Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the outer packaging, note it with the delivery carrier upon receipt. If the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos showing the damage to the product and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and handle the return of the damaged item at our expense.
